14-Day Return Policy:

Shirley McCoy Couture values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a store credit or exchange. A store credit will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on any lingerie. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Sale items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Final Sales:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, adhesive bra, hosiery, at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Procedure for Returns:

Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the credit is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
